Join us at SWEATFEST this Sunday at NOSOTROS in Yucca Valley with guest host Toogie Barcelo of Wiggle Room!
Prepare for a playful movement experience with internationally recognized choreographer and somatic practitioner Teresa “Toogie” Barcelo. Toogie blends breath, meditation, improvisation, and movement to help people reconnect to their bodies, regulate their nervous systems, and access creative flow. You’ve seen her work with Dua Lipa, Sabrina Carpenter, Miguel, Foster the People, Alicia Keys, and Tove Lo, to name a few.

Our goal is to support the development of healthier humans within a dignified culture through workshops, lectures, gatherings, concerts, performances, dinners and spiritual and healing retreats. We believe that through communion, education, and elevation, we can create a more inclusive and conscious world.
