Anna Luisa Petrisko, co-founder of the Body Ether Institute, presents a screening of video works that explore healing, listening, embodiment and consciousness.These works informed the co-founding of the Body Ether Institute, an artist-led platform for somatic and spiritual research. Following the screening, Anna Luisa will perform an ambient sound ceremony. Please bring a yoga mat, cushion, blanket, pillow, or any other items that help you feel supported and at ease.

Anna Luisa Petrisko is an interdisciplinary artist, healer, and teacher working across video art, experimental opera, performance, sound, publishing, and social practice. Her work explores the body as a paradox—transcendent of time, space, and form. She creates immersive spaces for gathering and connection. With over 25 years of experience in dance, somatics, yoga, and meditation, she integrates embodied research with the transformative potential of sound and ceremony. Recent projects include an experimental opera "All Time Stop Now" which premiered at REDCAT. A chosen family invokes a spell to stop time and meditates on listening, impermanence, and kinship. Her textile and soft sculptural work act as tactile extensions of my movement and sound practice. She cultivates accessible, intergenerational spaces for slowness, deep feeling, and creative inquiry. Her studio functions as a sanctuary for collaboration and embodied exploration.
